11 Weeks

11 week photo! (not sure why my shirt is puckering like that in the back and I NEED to find a new place for these photos, but this is the only full mirror in the house…)

How far along?: 11w
How big is baby?: The size of a fig.
Weight gain/loss?: As of my appointment last Thursday, I have lost 5 pounds. My doctor put me on Zofran, and it is helping, but I didn’t do a good job of keeping anything in my stomach over the weekend.
Stretch marks?: None.
Maternity clothes?: Still wearing yoga pants as much as possible, but if we are out and about, I throw on jeans. 
Sleep?: Yes, please. I am sleeping pretty well. 
Food cravings?:  Water, fruit, ANYTHING. 
Gender?: Unknown
Movement?: Not yet!
Belly button?: Nothing new there either!
What are you looking forward to this week?: My college roomie from FL is coming!  


From BabyCenter: Your baby, just over 1 1/2 inches long and about the size of a fig, is now almost fully formed. Her hands will soon open and close into fists, tiny tooth buds are beginning to appear under her gums, and some of her bones are beginning to harden. She’s already busy kicking and stretching, and her tiny movements are so effortless they look like water ballet. These movements will become more frequent as her body grows and becomes more developed and functional. You won’t feel your baby’s acrobatics for another month or two — nor will you notice the hiccupping that may be happening now that her diaphragm is forming.


Getting close to being out of the first trimester! WOO!
